Leadership Development
An essential part of our Leadership Development Program is building rapport with Senior Management Teams to ensure they have input and buy-in to program outcomes. To achieve, this we facilitate one-on-one pre-program meetings with senior management. This allows Corporate Energetics to introduce themselves, assess and understand the organisation's objectives and leadership challenges, evaluate individual needs and expectations of the program, and assimilate any previous development work.
All Leadership Development Programs include Corporate Energetics providing a pre-program questionnaire to each participant. Questionnaire analysis in conjunction with business objectives is used as a key input for the development and agreed outcomes of the program.
Corporate Energetics Core Leadership Development Program is offered over set periods. For instance, the 12 month offering includes includes: two three day workshops, monthly one on one individual coaching sessions and team process groups throughout the year, which can be incorporated into management team meeting agendas. This mix can be reviewed and changed to suit varying requirements of client organisations. SME organisations often have different needs and their programs are usually specific to other drivers in the organisation.
In addition to the Corporate Energetics Core Program, we also design tailored Leadership Development programs to suit organisational leadership objectives.
To embed program learnings and achieve sustainable success, we recommend that our programs commence with Senior Management Teams and are cascaded to management teams within the organisation. We also run programs at Departmental and Team levels for interventions in particular parts of any organisation.
We work with clients to tailor our Leadership Development programmes to specific needs that may exist in your organisational setting.
Embodied Leadership
Corporate Energetics theory has been in development for more than one hundred years, and is based on the clinical and scientific research of three psychiatrists: Wilhelm Reich, Alexander Lowen and John Pierrakos.
The essence of the process is that human character is embodied. This means that human behaviour (conditioned by our perception of the environment) becomes organically embedded in our mind and body. This includes the conscious and the unconscious aspects of the mind.
Accordingly, sustainable learning and change in leaders and organisations requires a subjective intervention into the dynamics of character. Every organisation and leader is unique. What are the specific qualities and behaviours that have created conscious or unconscious excellence and success so far ? The Corporate Energetics Embodied Leadership process is initially focussed on the embodied greatness that already exists. Thus the need for a culture of positive psychology and positive inquiry. This mobilises their receptivity to penetrating growth and learning.
Corporate Energetics also approaches barriers and performance weaknesses through the concept of embodied character. Thus, undesirable behaviours are unconscious and become second nature. The blind spots of leaders and the hidden dynamics of organisations are brought into awareness through our processes. Areas of unconsciousness (incompetence or character weakness) quickly become conscious.
Instead of being in effect, they are now at cause. This empowers leaders and inspires organisations to create massive sustainable growth. This alone can shift a culture of blaming, competition and power towards much greater responsibility, affinity and trust.
Additional positive outcomes include enhanced learning ability, an open communication style and greater emotional intelligence. This enables Corporate Energetics clients to keep their body and mind wide open to all possibilities.
Another aspect of character that is an asset to organisational development is ‘Body Readings'. They represent an objective template of one's historical tendencies and attitudes towards life. It reveals each person's unique qualities, character strengths and areas that need attention and development. While strengths can be mobilised and embellished, the weaker areas can be processed and compensations implemented.
