We typically meet you to understand your needs and wants, the budget with which the work must comply, and then develop a brief that scopes the requirements of the engagement. Upon signoff ,we work to an agreed plan and budget, using metrics to gauge progress where the critical success factors are measurable, and we review with you at agreed milestones along the way.
Some engagements may only start and end with Executive Coaching services. Other engagements work to diagnose, scope and document issues which require attention and intervention of our services. Upon sign-off of that diagnostic work ,we then set about applying the identified tools, processes and interventions which are designed to address the issues or develop and transform the organisation toward agreed objectives.
Every brief and every client is different. We are situational and tailored to meet the needs of our clients without the impediment of a rigid template based, proscribed model of intervention and personnel or process change.
